Guillermo Rincon, MBA, DBA
CEO and President
Guillermo Rincon is a Colombian real estate developer known for his participation and leadership in various outstanding commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects such as Centro Comercial Santa Fé, North Point Office Center, Torre Amadeus Office Center, Montearroyo residential complex, Serramonte residential complex, the infrastructure project of Bogota's Transmilenio in the avenue of Las Americas and many more high profile projects in Bogotá, Colombia. He graduated from The University of Los Andes with a BA in Industrial Economy and went on to complete his Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Business Administration degrees at California Coast University. As the CEO and president of Inversiones Ricoradi, he has personally overseen and spearheaded all of the projects that have given the firm its current recognition and prestige.
Jose Rodrigo Moya Ferrero
Senior Asset Manager
Rodrigo Moya is an industrial economist from the University of Los Andes. He has over 35 years of experience in the area of asset management and business administration and has worked for numerous important firms in Colombia. Some of these include Corporacion de Ahorro y Vivienda UPAC Colpatria, Palmeras de la Costa S.A., and Stanton Cauchosol y Compañia S.A.. One of his most significant works before joining Inversiones Ricoradi involves his participation in Proyecto Apoyo a Alianzas Productivas (PAAP)-a project spearheaded by the Colombian Ministry of Agriculture. At PAAP he utilized his professional skills to teach Colombian farmers how to effectively manage their assets and how to become competent entrepreneurs-and he did this for little to no pay. During his 4 years at Inversiones Ricoradi he has been an invaluable member involved in the construction of its most ambitious projects to date.
Ricardo Ballen
Senior Project Manager
Ricardo Ballen is a self-made business and project manager. After postponing his Business Administration studies at Central University, he dedicated his life to learning the intricacies of contracting and administering real estate development projects. Recognizing his potential, he was asked by real estate developer Guillermo Rincon to make part of the founding team of Inversiones Ricoradi. A decade later he has successfully helped manage all of the projects spearheaded by Dr. Rincon. Ricardo has demonstrated to be a responsible, honest, and supremely efficient worker and has earned the respect and trust of his peers.
Pilar Rocha Vivas
Legal Advisor
Pilar Rocha is an exceptional Colombian lawyer from the University of El Rosario. She holds a specialization in notarial and registrational law from the Externado University of Bogotá and her area of expertise is in real estate and urban law. Pilar worked as a legal advisor to various top Colombian firms before founding her own law firm. She is currently the founding president of Rocha V y Abogados, a law firm that has represented numerous real estate developers and real estate investors for the past 8 years. Furthermore, Pilar is a distinguished real estate law professor at her alma mater-the University of el Rosario.
